1. How many hours of work can I do here for $360 ?: 24 hours.
2. What license do I prefer to create under?: I prefer the Public Domain. Open source licenses are also fine. I am willing to grant my client a limited right of first publication of my report, article or correspondence.
3. What form might my creative work take?: Websites, software, reports, publications. Correspondence with individuals or groups.
4. What kinds of projects particularly interest me?: Creating websites for communities to get things done, work with enterprises, conduct matchmaking, strengthen relationships, attract sponsors, generate revenue. Inventing aids for learning. Designing software tools for supporting any kind of individual and collaborative work. Organizing, moderating and motivating discussion groups and working groups. Developing business models.
5. Technically, how can we work together?: We can work by phone and Internet. I program in Python and also Microsoft Access (and SQL). I've done some work with COM and ASP. I work in Windows and Linux environments. I am a native speaker of English and Lithuanian, and also able to communicate in Spanish and Chinese (Mandarin).
6. What are links to work that you've done under public licenses?: I'm the principal architect of the Minciu Sodas laboratory's website http://www.ms.lt I've also organized and moderated groups where letters enter the public domain whenever they do not state otherwise. These include Minciu_Sodas_EN , ThinkingPowerfully , ThinkingRelevantly , PersonalBrain , KMInitiatives , Minciu_Sodas_LT .
7. What is your availability? As of 2003.01.07, I'm available for work.

8. What services do you offer outside the laboratory? As of 2002.01.07, I'm free to travel anywhere for six month projects. I'm eager to expand my skills and develop long-term relationships, especially those that might eventually leverage the strengths of the Minciu Sodas laboratory. I'm also available for private consulting.
