1. How many hours of work can I do here for $360 ?: 36
hours.
2. What license do I prefer to create under?: Public
Domain. Open source licenses are also fine.
3. What form might my creative work take?: Software,
websites, webpages, reports, software documentation,
translations, publications. E-mail letters.
4. What kinds of projects particularly interest me?: Designing
software tools for supporting individual and collaborative work.
Creating and maintaining websites. Developing standalone computer
programs. Statistical data processing, especially in psychology
and health sciences. Creating Microsoft Excel tables, including
complicated ones. Teaching programming and object-oriented
programming. Teaching and consulting Microsoft Windows, Microsoft
Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Internet Explorer
users. Organizing and moderating discussion groups. Translating
computer and Internet related text from English to Russian and
vice versa, from English to Lithuanian and vice versa.
5. Technically, how can we work together?: We can work by
Internet and phone. I have a computer at home. I have programmed
in some 15 languages, last ones are Smalltalk, Logo, Java, Visual
Basic for Applications (for Microsoft Excel), Python. I work in
Windows (preferable, for the moment) and Linux environments. I
have 20 years of experience in statistical data processing. I
taught some 20 courses at universities and many smaller courses
in schools and other institutions. I wrote a book on using
Microsoft Outlook (in Lithuanian, together with 2 other authors).
My native language is Lithuanian, but I can write and speake in
English, Russian, German, Polish.

7. What is your availability? It changes, but as of
2002.03.07, I'm available for work 15 hours per week..
8. What services do you offer outside the laboratory? As of 2002.03.07, I'm free only for short travels (a week or so) outside Lithuania. I'm available for private consulting via e-mail or telephone.
