reading for understanding the value of our services. In particular,
he describes the value of being in touch with small groups of Innovators,
and the importance of bridging Audiences so that an idea may spread.
The Cluetrain Manifesto by Rick
Levine, Christopher Locke, Doc Searls and David Weinberger argues that
"markets are conversations". The Internet is breaking down the wall
between the conversations that workers have within an enterprise, and that
customers have outside of an enterprise.
