Žudė pačioje pradžioje apylinkėse dar prieš užimant miestą, paskui pradžioje (Einsatzkommando 1a SS-Obersturmbannführer Reichert) nuo birželio 29 d., paskui liepos 3 ar 4 d. atvyko Erhard Grauel iš Einsatzkommando 2 sušaudė "įkaitus", paskui dešimtimis, paskui po rugpjūčio 30 d., paskui gruodžio 15-17 d., paskui buvo getas.

Saldus

The Nazi troops entered Saldus on 29 June 1941, and already on the first days of July local self–defenders arrested approximately 100 Jewish men of Saldus, who soon afterwards were shot in the Veide Forest (approximately 1 km from Saldus). A couple of days later arrests of remaining Jews of Saldus began. The arrested Jews (approximately 200 persons) were imprisoned in the Saldus Prison and synagogue, from where they were later convoyed outside the city to a forest in Ciecere parish near the Baltezers Lake (approximately 4 km from Saldus), where they were shot by a German SD unit, assisted by local self–defenders. According to one set of evidence, the community leaders and some additional men who were accused of hiding weapons, were held in the synagogue on June 30. They were murdered in an area of swamps, about 7 kms from the town. On July 2 the remaining Jews were herded into the home of one of them. From here they were taken to perform forced labor. A short while thereafter they were brought to the outskirts of the town and made to dig their own graves. Then they were shot to death. Beit Hatfusot
According to another testimony, after the Germans occupied Saldus on July 1, the local Latvian police assembled the Jews in the police station. Soon afterwards they were taken out and murdered. Only one Jew, who hid himself and later fled to the Riga ghetto, survived. Beit Hatfusot

birželio 26 d. kariuomenės atsirado Daugpilyje, birželio 27 d. 1b dalis atsirado Daugpilyje, Ehrlinger atsirado grečiausiai liepos 6 d. su pagridinėmis jėgomis. 1,000 žmonių žudynės įvyko liepos 9-10 d. Jis išvyko liepos 13 d., pabuvo Rezeknėje ir įsakė žudynes tenai.
Hamanas buvo su Ehlringer Daugpilyje, ir vadovavo po jo išvykimo iki rugpjūčio 22 d. Hamanas nužudė 9,012 žmonių anot EM.

Jelgava massacres
Vokiečiai įžengė į Jelgava birželio 29 d.
Štalekeris paskyrė Vagulāns būti Nacionālā Zamgale redaktoriumi ir Latvijos SD vadovu Jelgavoje. (Vagulāns commando)
Nacionālā Zamgale pirmas numeris išėjo birželio 30 d.
Žydų išžudymas liepos 25-26 d. arba greičiau rugpjūčio 1-2 d.
Einsatzkommando 2 vadovas Rudolf Batz liepė vokiečių SD karininką Alfred Becu su savo kariais vykti į Jelgavą. Jie ten buvo kelias dienas. Ten įsakymus davė Vagulāns.
Police Battalion 105 dirbo Jelgavos krašte, žudė žydus. Sukurtas iš Bremeno gyventojų, tarnavo 1940 m. Norvegijoje. 1942 m. batalionas tapo dalimi 12th SS Police Regiment.

Aigars Urtans, Head of the History Section of the Bauska Regional History and Art Museum, deserves special mention.
Wikipedia: In mid-July in the city ambulatory 56 Jews, including some boys, were castrated. This was organized by a local doctor, head of the police and head of German army units located in the city. All the remaining Jews were shot starting from August 9 in Vecsaule forest. Historians estimate that in the nearby woods Germans and their Latvian helpers from Arajs Kommando shot around 500-700 Bauska Jews and 150-200 Jews from nearby villages.[4] On August 18, 1941 there was an ad in the local newspaper that the belongings “left behind” by Jews are to be auctioned off.

Ilukste

Ilūkste Municipality, the Ilūkste Forest The German army occupied Ilūkste at the end of June 1941. Arrests of Jews began in mid–July, and soon afterwards, in the course of three actions, “self–defenders” of Ilūkste shot 60 Jews of Ilūkste and 30 Jewish refugees from Lithuania at the Jewish Cemetery.
Wikipedia: In the district of Ilūkste, for instance, Jews were killed by the Selbstschutz death unit of commander Oskars Baltmanis, which consisted of 20 cold-blooded murderers. All killings were supervised by the officers of the German SS and SD.
